We refund any deposit beyond hours already worked. You only pay for actual work delivered: no penalties, no lock-in.
You get 30–120 days of post-launch support included (depending on tier), and we give at least 14 days' notice before that window ends. At that point you choose: move to a Managed Hosting + Support plan for ongoing updates, or take a free handover package (full source, docs, and a portable build you can host anywhere), with no exit fee. Most clients stay because hosting is the easy default, not because they're locked in.
